It’s well documented on Instagram that Taylor Swift absolutely adores her two cats Meredith and Olivia Benson.
So naturally, the “Shake It Off” singer -- who was recently named the 2014 Billboard Woman of the Year -- didn’t seem too amused by some comments fromMonty Python comedian John Cleese about her beloved feline during their recent appearance on The Graham Norton Show.
“How did it have the accident?” Cleese playfully asked Swift after the host showed a photo of her Scottish Fold cat Olivia Benson.“What? What accident?” Swift answered with a visibly confused look on her face.
“Is that a proper cat?” Cleese continued, drawing laughter from the audience. “Or is it damaged irreparably? That's the weirdest cat I've ever seen in my life.”
Graham quickly chimed in showing a funny photo of Cleese’s wife holding their large-sized cat, to which Swift replied, “That’s a monster!”
Swift's appearance on The Graham Norton Show will air stateside on Oct. 18th on BBC America.
