Justin Bieber has been cleared of allegedly stealing a fan’s cell phone at Los Angeles’ Dave & Buster's in August, TMZ reports.
The fan claimed that Bieber lunged at him to snatch device. A review of the security camera footage at Dave & Buster's, as well as video on the cell phone, show that Bieber did lunge for the device but didn’t manage to touch the fan, law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
Bieber was apparently saved by his bodyguards, who stepped in to separate the two. The fan was attempting to take photos of the pop singer and his on-again-off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez.
