The Rolling Stones have canceled Saturday night's show at Hanging Rock in Victoria, Australia, after frontman Mick Jagger was diagnosed with a throat infection.
"The Rolling Stones are incredibly disappointed to cancel the Hanging Rock gig and to disappoint their fans but were left with no other option," a spokesman said in a press release announcing the cancellation. The release also said Jagger is under "strict doctor's orders" to rest his vocal cords.
The Stones' next Australian show is on Nov. 12 in Sydney. Ticket-holders can get a refund by following the instructions on the band's website.
